Claire brings over 21 years of experience to the beauty and wellness industry.
Her journey began while completing a degree in Spanish and Business, during which she trained in beauty and discovered a deep passion for helping people feel confident, supported, and cared for.
Her career includes many contracts spent with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, where she trained under Steiner and worked within world-class 5★ spa environments.
She later refined her expertise across leading spas in Northern Ireland before deciding to branch out on her own, driven by her commitment to exceptional care.
Claire specialises in bikini sugaring and is the founder of her own professional sugaring brand, Sugar Fix, for which she oversees all branding, marketing, and development.
In addition to her treatment work, Claire co-leads the training academy with Salon Manger Lucy, providing accredited, high-quality education to aspiring and advanced beauty professionals.
Fifth Avenue is proudly affiliated with both the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA) and the Good Salon Guide, reflecting Claire’s dedication to excellence, integrity, and client wellbeing.
Lucy
Lucy is not only Salon Manager but a beauty therapist with a passion for helping people feel confident and amazing in their own skin.
Her career began onboard Royal Caribbean Cruises, where she worked as a facial specialist while traveling across Asia, Australia, and the Mediterranean.
She has built an impressive career within luxury 5★ spas and salons, gaining extensive experience, managing teams, and training other therapists along the way.
Lucy is proud to be a Sugar Fix Specialist, offering gentle, effective treatments that deliver real results.
Whether clients are seeking a relaxing moment of self-care or smooth, beautiful skin, Lucy’s expertise and calming approach ensure they are always in safe hands.
Emma
Emma is a highly trained beauty professional with three years of comprehensive industry experience.
She is fully qualified in a range of advanced treatments, bringing precision, professionalism, and a high standard of care to every client.
She is professionally trained in HD Brows, specialising in bespoke brow mapping, shaping, tinting, and finishing techniques to create balanced, natural-looking results tailored to each face.
Emma is certified in SugarFix face and body hair removal, offering a gentle yet effective method for achieving smooth, refined skin with minimal irritation.
Her training in lymphatic drainage allows her to deliver targeted treatments that support detoxification, reduce puffiness, and promote overall wellness through specialised massage techniques.
She also holds qualifications in advanced body massage, providing deeply relaxing, results-driven treatments designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support full-body relaxation.

Thamra
Thamra is a qualified beauty therapist with Level 2 Beauty training and advanced Level 3 Massage Therapy certification, obtained privately through Fifth Avenue Training School.
Her work is rooted in a holistic approach, focusing on treatments that support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
She is passionate about creating calming, personalised experiences for each client and helping them feel restored—inside and out.
Whether through rejuvenating facials, soothing massage therapies, or bespoke wellness treatments, Thamra’s goal is always to provide care that nurtures both body and mind.
She also offers advanced massage treatments, including Bamboo Massage and Mum-To-Be Massage, as well as advanced facial treatments such as Microneedling.
Brooke
Brooke is a qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist specialising in advanced massage techniques, including bamboo, pregnancy, and thermal therapies such as lava shell and hot stone treatments.
Passionate about holistic wellness, she combines expert knowledge with a calming approach to create a deeply restorative experience.
She is highly skilled in eye treatments, offering HD brows, brow lamination, and lash lifting to enhance and define natural beauty.
Brooke is also a specialist in Sugar Fix body sugaring and bikini sugaring, providing gentle and effective hair-removal solutions.
With expertise in sugar fix bikini scrubs and bikini balms, she ensures clients receive tailored aftercare to support healthy, glowing skin.
Alana
Alana is a highly skilled aesthetics nurse with eight years of experience as a registered nurse and five years as an aesthetic practitioner.
Her nursing career began in Manchester, where she worked within one of the city’s busiest hospitals, developing exceptional clinical expertise and a deep understanding of patient care.
Following the life-changing moment when her father was unfortunately paralysed, Alana made the heartfelt decision to return home to Northern Ireland to support and care for him.
After years of carrying the emotional and physical demands of front-line nursing, including working throughout the Covid pandemic, aesthetics became both her passion and her healing outlet.
Alana is known for her honest, compassionate and ethical approach. She takes pride in tailoring every treatment to align with her client’s individual needs, goals and budget, ensuring each person feels listened to, respected and cared for.
She will never pressure clients into unnecessary treatments and always prioritises what is truly best for their wellbeing and confidence.
This year, Alana has been proudly nominated for three awards, a testament to her dedication, skill and growing impact within the industry.
